Workmanship We Stand Behind for Life
Warranty & Guarantee
Our workmanship is covered for the life of the installed product, giving you confidence long after the job is done.
Our Lifetime Labour Guarantee
Every job we complete is backed by a lifetime labour guarantee. That means our workmanship is covered for the life of the installed product, not 12 months, not 7 years, for as long as it's in your home. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, we come back and fix it. No charge, no argument.

Manufacturer Warranties on Parts and Materials
On top of our labour guarantee, the parts and materials we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. These vary by product, so here's what to expect:
| Product | Typical Warranty |
|---|---|
| Hot water systems | 5–12 years on the cylinder, 1–3 years on components |
| Tapware and mixers | 5–15 years |
| Colorbond roof sheeting | Up to 36 years |
| PVC and polyethylene pipes | 25–50 years |
| Gas appliances | 2–5 years |
Exact terms depend on the manufacturer and product — we'll confirm the specific warranty on your paperwork before the job starts, so you know exactly what you're covered for.
What's Covered
Our guarantee covers:
- Leaks caused by installation defects
- Faulty connections or fittings installed by our technicians
- Work that does not meet Australian plumbing standards
- Installation errors discovered after completion
What's Not Covered
Like any guarantee, ours has limits, and we'd rather tell you upfront than bury it in fine print.
- Product or component failure covered by manufacturer warranty (we'll assist with the claim)
- Blockages caused after installation
- General wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by third parties
- Misuse or neglect of plumbing fixtures
- External environmental factors such as tree roots, ground movement, or pressure issues
- Customer-supplied items — contact the manufacturer or supplier directly

Warranty Service Process
Here's exactly what happens once you get in touch about a warranty issue:
1
Service Hours
Warranty callouts run Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. We don't schedule warranty inspections on weekends, public holidays, or after hours. If you have an active emergency outside these times, call our 24/7 line instead.
2
Inspection
Our technician inspects only the fixtures, fittings or work Eagle Service Solutions originally installed or serviced. If the fault turns out to be a manufacturer or workmanship issue, the repair goes ahead under warranty, no charge.
3
If It's Not a Warranty Issue
If the inspection finds the problem isn't covered, a $250 + GST service fee applies, covering up to one hour on-site, parts and repairs are quoted separately. This is payable on the day. Any further work gets its own quote, with a 10% deposit before we start.
4
Completion
Before we leave, we'll walk you through exactly what we did and any care instructions you need. Payment is due in full on completion, in line with our terms and conditions.
